What if....?

 


Did you know:

You can NEVER rise above your own opinion of yourself?

Did you know:

We all have limiting beliefs that can hold us back from reaching our true potential?

Did you know:

You can change your inner dialogue and alter your own perception and belief about yourself using a simple phrase?

What if...?

When you ask this, what comes into your mind automatically?

For many of us, that sentence ends in "I fail", "I can't", or "I'm not good enough".

But, what if.....

We substitute those words with something different and change the ending of that story?

I succeed

I can

I am good enough


And what if....

We take it a step farther?

Consider the obstacles you may encounter and ask:

What if (insert obstacle here), then (insert strategy for overcoming the obstacle).


Simple? Yes. Doable? Yes. 

Remember: There are NO quick fixes! This is a daily/hourly practice to make this a habit.
