How's Your Sleep?

So many people are complaining about not getting enough sleep or not being able to get a good, restful sleep these days.

Do you know how important sleep actually is? Aside from the obvious feeling the day after a bad sleep, sleep is vital for productivity, long term health (hearth health, prevention of stroke & dementia), improved decision-making, and HAPPINESS!

Some reasons for poor sleep: medical issues, depression and other diagnosed mental health issues, as well as a poor physical environment (like a bad mattress or a need for a darker room). Unfortunately, I can't help with those issues but there are solutions out there for most.

More reasons: "monkey mind", stress, poor sleep hygiene, lack of tools for calming your brain. These are issues I can help with!

If you are looking for evidence-based, tried and true ways to get a better sleep, look no further!

On Wednesday, May 12th at 7:00 PM EDT, I am offering a free virtual workshop to help you Sleep Well.

BUT you MUST register for this workshop to attend.

You will learn one technique during the workshop that you can start using immediately to help you sleep. You will receive a Sleep Journal, a link for a Guided Meditation, and access to a private Facebook group reserved for workshop participants for ongoing support.
