Food for Thought: What does your "today" look like?

There are so many questions we all have right now. How do we get through the lockdowns and the pandemic fears, the job loss and the economic downturn? How do we keep a positive mindset? How do we cope with the stress? How do we move forward? One piece of wisdom that I was taught many years go: Focus on today. Yesterday is gone and not a thing you can do about it. Tomorrow has not arrived and the only way to influence what tomorrow might bring is to focus on today. So, what does your "today" look like?  Consider:     Self-care     Meditation     Movement     Tackling one household chore     Scheduling a set time for job search activities When we dwell in the past, we get stuck there.
